i wouldn’t eat anything that is a heavy meal, i would go for something small that woulda keep my focused

A Meal I would eat before driving would be something small and energizing so mental and physical stability is right

A meal i would eat before driving would be a sandwich or something with protein to insure that my body has nutrients to last me throughout the day . This is important so that i will not become nauseated and/or fatigue..
